We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist to play a key role in supporting and enhancing the efficiency of our daily operations. This individual will be responsible for analyzing existing business processes, identifying gaps or inefficiencies, and implementing solutions that improve productivity, cost-effectiveness, and overall workflow.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of operational planning, data analysis, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure that production, sales, logistics, and customer service teams are working seamlessly toward shared goals. In addition, this role will involve monitoring performance metrics, maintaining accurate records within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and preparing reports to support data-driven decision-making by leadership.

Success in this position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines. The Business Operations Specialist must also demonstrate excellent communication skills, as they will collaborate closely with stakeholders across different departments, including production, sales, and logistics.

Above all, this role calls for a proactive, solution-oriented professional who can not only maintain smooth day-to-day operations but also drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, strengthen customer satisfaction, and contribute to long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support daily business operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

  • Analyze workflows, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements.

  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation for management decision-making.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, HR, production, logistics, etc.) to streamline communication and workflow.

  • Assist in implementing business strategies, plans, and procedures.

  • Support project management activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.

  • Prepare operational performance reports and KPIs.

  • Handle vendor and client communications when needed to support business operations.

  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and data integrity across systems.

  • Perform other operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).

  • 3+ years of experience in business operations, project coordination, or a similar role.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and business tools (ERP, CRM, project management software) and/or other Analytics tools (Funnel, Tableau)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
